Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused or lightly sampled items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and caps are firmly in place.
Apply Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
